Trump On the Ocean Update

According to Newsday ,Trump on the Ocean is being delayed because The Donald wants to see the amount of damages he can collect from the state.

This is probably going to be my last post on Trump on the Ocean, barring any huge set back to its development.  Essentially, the catering halls existence is a forgone conclusion and very little substantial material can be commented on.
